Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a digital product from LedgerLine Global, a trading name of LedgerLine Australia (ABN 19 976 454 312). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The products

We sell digital bookkeeping and budgeting workbooks (Microsoft Excel files) and accompanying PDF guides, delivered as instant downloads. They are tools to help you keep records. They are not tax, accounting or legal advice. You remain responsible for verifying your obligations with your tax authority or a qualified professional.

No professional advice

Our templates are general bookkeeping and budgeting tools only. They are not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and nothing on this site or in our products should be treated as such. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your own circumstances, and you should obtain professional advice where needed.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.

Delivery

After successful payment, your files are made available to download on the confirmation page, and we email you a secure, time-limited download link. If you have any trouble downloading, email us and we will resend your link.

Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business and personal record-keeping. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the files publicly, and you may not present the product as your own. We retain all intellectual property in the workbooks, guides and designs.

Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime updates to the edition you buy. This means that while we continue to offer that edition, you may download any corrections and improvements we release for it at no extra cost. Lifetime updates do not include free upgrades to a different product or to a future major paid edition. For Australian editions, your purchase also includes a free annual ATO rate update by email each July if you sign up for it.

If you are buying from Australia

Price and GST

All prices for Australian editions are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your tax invoice shows our ABN and the GST included in your purchase. You remain responsible for verifying your obligations with the ATO or a registered tax agent.

Your consumer rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our Refund Policy for how this works with digital downloads.

If you are buying from the United States

Prices for US editions are in US dollars. US prices do not include any Australian GST, and your receipt will not show GST or ABN line items.

For United States customers, because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the files have been delivered. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is significantly different from its description, contact us and we will provide a working replacement or, if we cannot fix the problem, a refund. Our Refund Policy is linked from every product page and from the checkout consent line.

United Kingdom

Our UK range is not yet on sale. Before UK sales open, this section will set out the terms for UK consumers, including your rights in digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the 14-day cancellation right and its waiver for instant downloads.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees described above, our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any tax outcome that results from how you use the workbook.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
